The Clarinet Ninja Dojo Apex and Zenith

Do you want to  you to express yourself on the clarinet AND create good foundational habits to help your clarinet playing grow for years to come? Clarinet Ninja Dojo Apex is for you!

  • This is a community for people developing skills as clarinetists. Beginning players, returning players, and experienced players that want to challenge themselves to reach new levels are all right for this program.
  • Monthly Modules with three levels will support all levels of playing.
  • Weekly 1 hour meetings will be recorded for those unable to attend and for review of all.
  • Support videos made specifically for the group will be made available.
  • Assignments will be created and posted for individual response from the Clarinet Ninja
  • Access to everything on the site. Content will be created for you based on your needs and wants to help you learn the clarinet and reach your highest potential.
  • Monthy billing

Have you been playing for years and want to ascend to new levels on the clarinet? Clarinet Ninja Dojo Zenith is for you!

 This is a small community of committed adults (12) who want to find their best playing and a joyful community to learn and share with

  • Learn what old habits are standing in the way of reaching your goals AND learn what to do to establish habits that will put you on the fast track to achieving your goals.
  • Learn from watching other people approach the same challenges as you. There is nothing better to fully understand and learn than to watch another person approach the same challenge as you. Watching others struggle, learn, and succeed creates a community with a shared goal.
  • Weekly 2 hour meetings (Wednesday 8PM EST) will be recorded for those unable to attend and for review of all.
  • Support videos made specifically for the group will be made available.
  • Specific areas of study will be a focus, but there will be ample time to bring in personal projects. 
  • Yearly billing

I'm Jay Hassler

 

After graduating from the Manhattan School of Music with an MM in orchestral performance on the clarinet, I embarked on the long winding road of music as a profession. I have played on the world's biggest stages, from international concerto performances, Broadway Pits, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The White House, Radio City Music Hall, and everywhere in between. 

When the world changed during the early days of the pandemic and the live performances stopped, I found my true passion; teaching clarinet to adult students.
